Evaluation and Coordination

One person, the Project Manager, undertakes the coordination and management of the project, from the beginning until the completion of the translation. The Project Manager selects, organizes and coordinates the work team, monitors the progress of the project, ensures that the quality assurance procedures and the uniformity of the terminology are observed, makes sure that the budget is maintained within the limits and also ensures that the specifications and deadlines are strictly observed.
